Jail System

The jail system temporarily confines members to a restricted channel:

Run `/jail setup` to configure the jail channel

2. Use /jail target: @user to confine someone

3. The user's roles are stripped and stored

4. Use /unjail target: @user to restore them fully

A decoy channel that looks normal but auto-bans anyone who sends a message:

`/honeypot setup` — configure the trap

2. /honeypot quickcreate — instant setup in one command

3. Anyone who types in the channel is automatically banned
