By inviting Thyline (the “Bot”) to a Discord server (“Server”), or by using any of its features, commands, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not invite or use the Bot.

Thyline is a multi-purpose Discord bot that provides moderation tools, music playback, social features, games, and utility commands. The Bot is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Bot, in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service. By using the Bot, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

The Server owner and administrators are responsible for how the Bot is used in their Server. This includes ensuring that Bot commands are used lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with Discord’s Community Guidelines.

• Moderation commands (ban, kick, mute, jail, purge) should only be used by authorized moderators.
• The honeypot and jail systems should be configured responsibly.
• Confession and love form systems should be used with consent and respect.

You agree not to:

• Use the Bot to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Bot’s functionality.
• Use the Bot to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Spam commands or otherwise place excessive load on the Bot’s infrastructure.
• Use the Bot for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

The music feature streams audio from YouTube, Spotify, and SoundCloud via Lavalink. Thyline does not host, store, or distribute copyrighted audio files. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to stream any content they request.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Thyline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to data loss, server disruption, or third-party claims.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Users will be notified of material changes via the Bot’s status or support server announcements.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Bot for any Server or individual that violates these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
